I Saw Satan Last Night

I know that’s an odd title for a blog, but it’s true. Last night I had a dream where I saw a very large image of satan himself suspended in a red sky, somewhat like the picture in this blog. What he looked like does not matter, but he doesn’t look like most images we see portrayed of him.

As he was suspended in the sky, he took his hand and kept hurling something down to the earth. He looked like he was sowing something like a farmer sows a seed. And that was exactly what he was doing. As he would fling his hand across the land, he would sow demons of discord across the earth to try to influence God’s children. He did it a few times, releasing hundreds if not thousands of demons. Then he caught me looking at him doing this and I knew that he knew he got caught!

The Bible says in 2 Corinthians 2:11, “in order that Satan might not outwit us. For we are not unaware of his schemes.”

I have been sharing for a while now that God loves to show us what the enemy is up to—before things happen—so we can pray and stay ahead of his plans.

So what does this all mean for us right now? It is the desire of the enemy to release demons of discord, strife and disunity among husbands and wives, parents and children, neighbors, coworkers, brothers and sisters in Christ, church members and the like. Be watchful because God Himself HATES discord:

Proverbs 6:16, 19, “These six things the Lord hates, yes, seven are an abomination to Him…A false witness who speaks lies, and one who sows discord among brethren.”

Each one of us can avoid being caught in the trap and influence of discord, strife and disunity by walking in love. Remember, love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up; does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked, thinks no evil; does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never fails.

If you see or feel the enemy trying to bring discord, strife and disunity, take authority over those spirits and command them to leave in Jesus name. Plead the blood of Jesus, pray in your heavenly language and choose to walk in love. And, “do not give the devil a foothold” Eph. 4:27.

Watch and pray beloved! The good news is that God has shown this to us ahead of time so it does not have to affect our lives in any way!

  1. Boy is this true!

Ron Cantor just posted on Facebook that there is a lot of digma this tome of year (Pesach) about Yeshua’s death, Seder, Easter, etc. I just experienced this with a family member who is Messianic (as am I).

She posted some very harsh things about the celebration of Easter. In trying to tone down a harsh delivery, The response was harsher. Yet, as I remembered her postings throughout the year, she celebrates Halloween and Christmas with a Christmas tree.

My rabbi, Matthew Salathe, once pointed out that when Yeshua came, He embraced the rightness if each sect of Judaism of His day while pointing out the wrongness.

While it’s not always received well, we should follow His lead in love, remembering to look first in the mirror knowing we get many things wrong.

Discipleship, which I believe is our call, is about investing in individuals – the best way to defeat the enemy of discord.

    Thank you for sharing!

    1. Satan reveals himself all that is alluring. Money, power, sex. He tries to lure you with your weaknesses. Remember Eve in the garden she was tempted to eat the forbidden fruit. Keep your eyes on Jesus! And with that the closer you grow to Jesus he will try even harder. He wants you to believe that you will never fail of you run with him. Just as when he was tempting Jesus in the desert and on top of the highest temple point. He is short lived, temporary.
      Jesus love is forever.

  2. Thank you for sharing this,I think this is already happening, and Satan is really trying hard to discord each and every relationship, especially he is wanting to discord us with our relation to our Saviour,he is sowing every lies and doubt, anything possible to discourage us and lose our hope, and just believe and obey his tactics of lies…

  3. The worst Devil of all is the Devil within man himself. Am not in the least saying Satan does not exist but of course inflicts his Demonic Spirit through mankind. We are all sinners but the biggest Lie and Sin of all is to be fooled by Satan through our own conscience. This of course is happening with the biggest Lie of all that Man and Woman are now one Gender.

  4. I have sensed this taking place more fervently these last couple of years. Although I doubt that Satan would really care if he got caught or someone was watching him with disapproval. He knows his time is short and he is charging full force in order to do the most destruction he can in his short time here. God will prevail despite the enemies tactics and we as believers must stay in tune with the Lord through prayer, worship, fellowship and bible study.

  5. Thank you for sounding the alarm. This image of Satan suspended in the air is a symbol of his next move against God’s creation. It’s the symbol of war both Spiritual and natural.

How can one enter a strong man’s house and carry off his property, unless he first ties up the strong man? Then he will thoroughly plunder his house. Matthew 12:29 TLV
